shelby mer somers

hi I'm mer! my full name is shelby mer somers! I am still figuring out what makes me me. sometimes I feel younger and more whimsical and sometimes I feel older and more jaded. both are still me! I'm always me (:

I feel really atunned to water. it's an important part of me. most of my sources have something to do with water. i ID with a lot of nonhuman species for this reason. (and maybe genders too?)

I made our headspace based around a formative memory of mine, being at the waterpark. I really like using headspace as a visualization tool and working on it creatively. we've found that headspace work is very relaxing and a great distractor of anxiety at night, so I usually front at nighttime. & usually we end up falling asleep, which is a secondary goal!

I also enjoy other types of in-system work, primarily documentation (like this note!). I'm the one who's worked the most on our neocities (:

when I'm feeling younger, I like to encourage others in their goals and put on a brave happy face. when I'm feeling older, I like to withdraw and let others in the system socialize with the outside world.

i like playing shapes and colours like board games at work!!!!!!! we play board games weekly at work ITS AWESOME!!! i love shapes and colours and small cubes. also i like playing video games like balatro or other roguelike games.
